    We need legislation requiring all islands to post maximum weight capacity at all points of entry.

    Almost as funny as the Congressman is the admiral he's questioning trying to take him seriously.

    I don't understand how the whole room didn't just crack up laughing. I mean, the congressman built up so much tension with his plodding, inane questions about the size of the island, and the punchline was truly unexpected. The admiral acted like the classic straight man in on the joke. Very strange video.

    two possibilities here:

    1. that guy is literally a comic genius with huge balls, willing to go the extra mile (or hundred) to set up a joke. if this is the case then he is the best man we currently have in government.

    2. we really shouldnt vote for black people.

    "what the Congressman meant to say.."

    I have actually been told that twice while working in Washington. Hard not to giggle, but you have to suck up to those weenies, or they cut your money. Democracy in action.

    About as good as the congresslady from Texas asking those at NASA if the mars rover was going to visit the moon landing sites. "Similar" story, if you get my drift.
