Rice wasn't on the first 2 for Montana.
I don't think Craig was on the first one.

Eric Wright (CB) was on all 4 I believe.

Correct I believe on all counts.

Not sure where Bengal B is pulling this info from other than his anus.

Manning played with some awful Colts squads... Any success they had was because of him.

It's kind of a fun way to compare QBs by isolating the things they had control over. Terry Bradshaw was a fine QB. But he only threw for 166 yards per game in his career. He has an almost 1:1 TD:INT ratio (212 TD, 210 INT). His career completion rate is a sizzling 52%.

If he didn't have a defense that was awesome enough to earn a nickname like "The Steel Curtain," would he have four Super Bowls? Would he be in the HOF? I don't know, man. That's above my pay grade.

So is Eli, another QB who is just as likely to make an amazing play as he is to throw a comically awful INT.

Only Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning have averaged 2 touchdowns per game played. Drew is 5 TDs short of that mark, with 427 in 216 games played.

    1. Rodgers...... 2.05
    2. Manning..... 2.03
    3. Brees.......... 1.98

QBs with the highest per game scoring:

    1. Brady.............. 28.00
    2. Rodgers.......... 27.94
    3. Otto Graham. 26.78
    4. Van Brocklin.. 26.74
    5. Manning........ 26.70
    6. Warner.......... 26.66
    7. Brees............. 26.63
    8. Lamonica...... 26.62
    9. Meredith....... 26.61
    10. Young......... 25.76

    Minimum 75 starts.

Brady benefits the most from a defense that has scored more points than anyone else in that list (and turnovers creating short fields for easy scores) and has had 2 future hall of fame kickers. Brees has had the least support from his defense and kickers (lost out on 6 points in this past game with 2 missed field goals).

Drew Brees projected numbers after 3 more seasons (age 39) same as Peyton Manning (and exact same number of starts as Manning):

534 TDs (5 fewer than Manning)
246 Ints (5 fewer than Manning)
76,207 (4,200+ yards more than Manning)
96.8 QB rating (0.3 better than Manning, 0.4 better than Brady)
66.83 % Completion Rate (Best all time)

Projections based on previous 3 seasons.
