    Vilma was implicated, however there is no way he can be penalized. Really the NFL has to step in. The majority of the kids that take money are those that are projected NFL'ers.

    Man, The U is so effed, it's not even funny. The hiring spree that the NCAA is about to have to launch may single-handedly fix the unemployment crisis. Those are some very busy folks these days.

    One of the most interesting aspects of this story is that the Miami AD during this time is now the head of the Committee of Infractions for the NCAA and the one who handed down the penalty to USC.
