    What type of offense was Air Force running at the time? I thought they’ve been running the flexbone for ages, but how does a WR get 17 TDs in that offense.

    I’m pretty sure it was not the wishbone/multi option like now. I guess some kind of pro type offense. I only remember, may have been first play of game, Jennings split out on Navy side. Ran a deep crossing route, probably a 70 yd TD. I think they scored 5 or 6 times.
