Andy North just raked Phil over the coals for violating the integrity of the game. Phil had 2 strokes added to his hole score while he accepted without issue. The USGA suits in an interview on the telecast admitted they miscalculated how hard the wind was going to blow and as a result some of the pin placements were "unplayable".

I give the USGA guys big props for saying they messed up. Doesn’t happen much anymore.
