    I think it was a “safe” penalty that didn’t really hurt Bama.

    No. 2nd quarter, I thought it was pretty much over in the 1st unless there were a few really bad drives on Bama's part.
    A score there would have cemented the game. I didn't hurt in the end, but it has to be considered with OU opening the second with possession.
