    Projected 2005 Offensive Offensive Line
    LT 76 Andrew Whitworth Senior
    G 71 Nate Livings Senior
    C 64 Rudy Niswanger Senior
    G 68 Terrell McGill Senior
    RT 75 Brian Johnson Junior
*And, I believe that Terrell McGill and Nate Livings still have a redshirt year that they could use. If McGill gets beat out by Arnold or Herm maybe he would consider using it.

    Projected 2006 Offensive Line
    LT 75 Brian Johnson Senior
    G 73 Will Arnold Junior
    C 63 Ryan Miller Sophomore
    G 74 Brett Helms Sophomore
    RT 79 Herman Johnson Sophomore
*Five senior offensive linemen on scholarship in 2006.

    Projected 2006 Reserves
    77 Peter Dyakowski Senior
    59 Doug Planchard C 6-3 291 Senior
    78 Paris Hodges OT 6-5 316 Senior
    69 Garett Wibel OL 6-3 295 Senior
    Max Holmes C 6-4 286 Redshirt Freshman
    Ciron Black OL Redshirt Freshman
    61 Josh Dicharry OL 6-2 308 Senior (walk-on)
    60 Michael Murphy OL 6-2 276 Sophomore (walk-on)
    67 Robert Smith OL 6-2 259 Sophomore (walk-on)
*And, this list does not include any offensive line prospects that Miles may sign during the rest of 2005 or 2006.

I thought I read somewhere that Dyawkoski and Hodges are transferring. Not sure.

If that JUCO lineman, Meyers' commitment holds true, we'll have yet another solid lineman (Meyer's is 6'6", 360lbs.) and I believe he would be a Junior next season if he doesn't redshirt.

BB, you're a little out of the loop I guess. Myers has committed to USC already, yesterday.

Beat me to it. I just saw it on rivals and I was coming back to correct myself.

:) It's hard to keep up with everything that goes on, especially when the announcement is made on the left coast at night.

it's a testament to our talent level when a guy like garret wibel, a kid who dominated at 5A Rummel and was a top recruit, will never be a starter according to max's projection. I mean this guy pancaked more people in HS than ihop!

btw - congrats - you made dandydon today!

Herman Johnson may break the starting lineup this year. Nick almost took the redshirt off of him last season when the line was suffering some injuries and underperforming.

The return of coach Searles is the best thing this line has going or it. Offensive line coach was a revolving door before Searles arrived.

Don't think we have to worry, the line has plenty of depth for the next 2 years. that gives Miles another year to pick up some o linemen.:thumb:
