This weekends predictions

Discussion in 'The Tiger's Den' started by LSUBayouBengals, Nov 19, 2002.

  1. As most of you know, 3 things have to happen this weekend in order for us to lock up the west.... an LSU victory, an Auburn loss and an Arkansas loss. Doubtful, yes- but here's to wishful thinking....

    LSU 25 Ole Miss 19
    Alabama 30 Auburn 21
    MS State 22 Arkansas 21

I can agree with 2 of those 3....

but, I think that MSU has packed it in. Still, if Arkansas and LSU both win, we'll play for the SEC West berth in Fayetteville.

LSU 28 - Ole Myth 17 Tigers are much better than they looked against Bama

Bama 31 - Auburn 7 Auburn only wins when the opponent is having a poor game, Bama won't

Arkansas 24 - State 13 This just ain't Jackies year and Arkansas wants it bad.

  4. I do agree with the MSU take but stranger things have happened. What was it last weekend, Arkansas 24-ULL 17?

I noticed that Ark-ULL score too, but you have to wonder if Arky was looking past them. Even so, 24-17?????

Even looking past ULL, an SEC team, Vandy even, ought to do a lot better than that. The Cajuns are a game team but just don't have the hosses. Nick and crew need to take a long look at that film (after we whup ole miss, of course) because there's something there that we need to know.

    LSU vs Ole Miss

I really have a questiion and would appreciate a reply. Is it just me or is anyone concerned by the fact that we do not seem to have a quarterback that can get the offense going (much less score)? Perhaps we can beat Ole Miss but where do we go from there?

    LSU 28, Old Myth 17

    Bama 31, Allbarn 13

    Arkansauce 27, MSU 17

That makes the next weeks game of LSU vs Arkansauce something to watch. The winner goes to Atlanta and the SECCG

I agree that MSU has seem to just have given up. The LSU/Ark game will be in Little Rock this year by the way.
