I just called that Red Cross in Mobile and the lady on the phone told me to contact the Salvation Army.

UPDATE:

I just got in contact with the Salvation Army in Mobile, and they say you can drop items off at their location at 1009 Dauphin street. And for your convenience, here is a link to it on Mapquest. You can get directions to it, depending on where you're coming from.

Maybe someone can contact Auburn and see if there is some place on/near campus where donations can be made? I know a few people who'd love to help but are comming in from other directions.

I'm having a hard time accessing my email right now, so anyone think they could forward this idea to WWL as well so people in New Orleans/Gulf Region can hear about it as well?

Looking at the rest of their day, I guess the best person to email would be David Tyree ([email protected]), but you could try to get Buddy D ([email protected]) or Kaare Johnson ([email protected]) on board as well.
