Thought on Boise State

I'm not so sure about that. There has been a lot of talk about teams, such as Louisville, getting top notch recruits from places like Florida. I and many would argue that Louisville has better recruits than a lot of BCS schools.

 

Its shows cuz they are playing great football.... but thats a southern school...

 

To elaborate on my point, teams such as Louisville and Boise State seem to be getting higher quality players than most in their conference due to their nation wide media coverage.

 

and thats probably why they are beating BCS schools, and going undefeated....

 

They are still doing more with less though...

 

Fair enough, I guess we'll have to wait for the bowls to really see.

 

Yea, I dont claim that B St. or Louisville or Utah is better than UGA, Texas, or Cal, but going undefeated does deserve some recognition....I just like that Utah will get play a BCS game... I also think Big east winner should be refused a spot and Texas, or B St. should be given a shot....

 

Interesting idea. I like it, especially since they don't play a conference championship game. There should be a clause that says if the conference champion does not win at least 9 games, then the bid goes elsewhere. Not sure what difference it would make CCG if they did though, other than to give them one more shot at an 9th win.

 

I think the Big East bid will be revoked next year and there will be 3 at large bids....

 

Utah, Louisville, Boise St. would rip the Big East a new as.shole.
