What I've been impressed with so far is the team FT %. I think we are hitting just over 75% from the charity stripe. Looks like Hud is the weak man at the line but everyone else has been very solid. If we can continue this throughout the season, that could win 2-3 close games for us.

    Good thoughts LSUstudent.

I think Davis is used to being able to put back those rebounds against smaller guys in high school and will have to adjust some to the bigger, taller guys in college ball. But he most definitely has been a monster on the boards, which is great to see.

I agree that Hudson is improved but he still isn't the one on one player that Winston is. Most of Hudson's points were on open 3's off of someone's passes while Winston has better ability to create an open shot for himself, like his pull up jumper. There's nothing wrong with what Hudson is doing I just think that it's not quite the same as Winston.

Bass was awesome yesterday and if he plays similar to this all year he is definitely gone. Unless he is far and away the best player in college, his stock will be higher the sooner he goes out. This is because the NBA drafts on potential now more so than current ability. If this wasn't true, Dwight Howard isn't the 1st pick last year, Okefor is.

There are some here who won't stand for that.

He needs to work on his fighting skills.
