Well I had to sign for mine this year and every year. On the package it says three atttempts then ship back to Baton Rouge by "X" date. So I believe a sig is required.

I didn't sign for mine, the doorbell rang and by the time I got to the door all I found was the envelope. During the Hallman years I didn't worry about it so much, I could leave them there a week and no one would touch them but now they seem to have a little more value.
Got the UPS email ship notification this morning, so I should have mine tomorrow. Not sure that its alphabetical, since my last name begins with S. I always thought it was via section.
It has been alphabetical before but I'm not sure if it is now, either way they should all be delivered this week.
