I'M TELLING!!!!!!!!!! I'M TELLING!!!!!!!!! MOMMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DADDY "O"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi:
Hmmm.... that is frickin' ridiculous that you can't take athletes to games. I've taken (and paid for) a LOT of my current friends (who are athletes playing D-1 and D-1AA ball) to games and most of them (or all of them) never paid me back... So if that's the case, I'm probably wanted for infractions at 3 D-1 and 4 D-1AA schools
if uve been their friend since before they were "wanted" or w/e, then ur probly OK. like it emphasized, its better to ask than find out later.
My nephew played at Central of BR, I think. Their team played for the state championship at PMAC. I think most people down there called him "Big Kevin." I was almost scared to buy him a coke. He played his college bb in Texas and then went in the Army. He is like 6'10" ----300+ lbs. Leans down to hug the Col. I feel so small.:thumb:
For some reason, all I could think of when I read this was how many students in Calcutta, Guangdzou, Beirut, and Tehran probably think the same thing! :hihi: Seriously though, good story. If you can't take him to a game, at least get the kid some HGH and a scholarship!
If he's not a propect yet, one could perhaps become "an established friend of the family" well before he became a prospect which would give him a small loophole. But it never hurts to ask the athletic department.
I bet none of those places has a football program like South Panola though. more than likely he won't pan out. He hasn't even stepped up at the HS level yet, kind of early I'd think. I bet he'd be safe to take to the games, since he isn't on anyone's radar yet.
