PURPLE TIGER HOPE is not a strategy!

Do we need lights? How long is the CBS contract?

The non-season tickets would be lost for sure. Season-ticket holders who could not make games because of it being in New Orleans could sit out a year without losing their rights to seats in the new lower bowl. Fewer students would make the New Orleans games, probably.

The new lower bowl would probably have more club seating, so sideline ticket holders could be offered seats in the club section in return for sitting out a season during construction.

It's going to have to happen some day.

I know it has to happen. As long as cosmetically the lower bowl looks similar I would be okay with it. I just don't want it to lose the Coliseum look

Let's really piss 'em all off in College FB ... In 2014, we rebuild Tiger Stadium

In 2014 & 2015, use the Superdome for Home Games

In 2015, the BCSCG will be a HOME GAME:grin::crystal:

Let 'em all whine like beotches

    Huh?........

Like maybe NFL players would want to start leaving the Pros to play for the Tigers?

My thoughts exactly. I'm as sentimental as the next about the old stadium, thus my suggestion to rebuild in the same spot. Red is right, they could just rebuild the lower bowl. There will always be resistance to change, but this change has to happen. The lower bowl is getting so old that safety will be more and more of an issue as well.

Who knows, with technology the way it is today, they possibly could make it even louder!
