You should take a risk and try, I think you'd be surprised. Crip, Big Wee, Pod and Co. are pretty hospitable and fun to hang with. Where you went to college doesn't define your level of fanship (If that's a word) imo. Many of LSU's biggest fans never went to college. My mom is a huge LSU fan and never spent a day in a college classroom.
