ND may be the best possibility of beating USC.

 

Maybe, and I have to wonder how good ASU really is. USC laid the lumber to them last year...and the year before...and the year before. Who knows, maybe its their turn.

 

There are a few hopefulls, IMO, that might beat USC this year:

Notre Dame (we'll find out soon enough if the Irish are for real)
ASU (impressed with them more than I thought I would be. Great offense and an active defense)
Cal (lost Rodgers and JJ Arrington, but this might be their year....but I'm a lot less confident of their ability to beat USC than the first two I mentioned)
UCLA (played USC tough last year before falling apart. Rivalry game. City bragging rights....anything can happen)
