Top 10 Tigers in the NFL Dec 9, 9:39 AM Week 14 is in the books and here is a look at the Top 10 LSU Tigers in the NFL from this past week. 1. CB – Patrick Peterson (Arizona Cardinals): In a 17-14 win against Kansas City, Peterson tallied eight solo tackles and a sack. He has two interceptions, five passes defended, a sack and 43 tackles on the season. 2. WR – Odell Beckham Jr. (New York Giants): Beckham grabbed a career-high 11 passes for 130 yards and a touchdown in a 36-7 win against Tennessee. It marked the second time in his career that Beckham caught double digit passes in a game and pushed his season totals to 59 receptions for 829 yards and six scores in only nine games of action. 3. LB – Perry Riley (Washington Redskins): Riley logged 10 tackles – nine solos – in a 24-0 blanking by the Rams. In 11 games, he has 62 tackles and a pair of sacks. 4. S – Ryan Clark (Washington Redskins): Clark logged 10 tackles with eight of the solo variety in a 24-0 loss to St. Louis. The 13-year veteran now has 74 tackles and has picked off a pass this season. 5. RB – Jeremy Hill (Cincinnati Bengals): Hill carried the ball only eight times but gained 46 yards and also caught three passes for 21 yards in a 42-21 loss to Pittsburgh. Hill has rushed for 729 yards and six scores, and averages 4.8 yards a carry in his rookie season. 6. LB – Barkevious Mingo (Cleveland Browns): Mingo registered a sack, knocked down a pass and was in on two tackles in a 25-24 loss to Indianapolis. That gives him two sacks on the season to go with 32 total stops. 7. WR – Jarvis Landry Miami Dolphins): Landry caught six passes for 55 yards in a 28-13 loss to Baltimore. On the year, he has 63 receptions for 573 yards and five touchdowns. 8. DT – Bennie Logan (Philadelphia Eagles): Logan was in on four tackles – three solos – in a 24-14 loss to Seattle. Starting all 13 games in 2014, he has 43 tackles on the season and has forced a fumble. 9. CB – Tharold Simon (Seattle Seahawks): Simon picked off the first pass of his NFL career and logged a tackle in a 24-14 win against Philadelphia. He has nine tackles on the season and has defended two passes in addition to the interception. 10. S – LaRon Landry (Indianapolis Colts): Landry logged three solo tackles in a 25-24 win over Cleveland. In eight games of action, he has 35 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
