Stripes you seem to have a narrowminded point of view. Who says good Louisiana recruits need to be overlooked. If we can get a better player from Houston then that would be in the best interest of the LSU Football team. Simple as that.
Look at last years recruits hoemstates if you think we get all Louisiana guys, we recruit nationally now. LA will always be our home state and as long as 2 kids are evenly matched I would think the coaches would rather take the in state player, as long as he doesn't wait too long to committ. But almost half of the seniors we recruited last season were from out of state.
