Won't surprise me. I expect a strong #2 seed coming to Baton Rouge. And I don't see Southern in BR ... they are the weakest team in the field and will probably be sent to New Orleans.
I think ULL, MSMoo, and Southern are going to New Orleans with Rice, USM, and NW State coming to LSU.
I don't think the NCAA will put ULL and Southern in New Orleans. I think Southern in New Orleans and ULL in Baton Rouge.
