    I gotta believe Red is correct.

    You can't just keep giving Les a raise every time someone gets bumped higher.

    If he wins another championship, then yes, make him the highest paid SEC coach once again.

    I saw 2 more instances of it in just the past couple of days. I hope it's effective eventually, but it's obviously a work in progress.
