So there is no real and definable middle. You have presented a broad spectrum composed of everybody who is long extreme right or extreme left.

Starting with the indefinable median how would you measure each subgroup on either side of that median. A California curve would not be Bell shaped but lopsided while Texas would have a sort of bell shaped curve but with a bulge on the right side.

I would love to have one of those old gatling guns where you turn the crank to fire it.

That's the point Bengal ... the larger the population, the closer to a normal distribution it should be. As you said, California and New York are abnormal lopsided curves to the LEFT. Texas and Florida are more of a normal distribution as it should be with a slight leaning to the right.

nope. there is no evidence for this. not every factor or occurrence or whatever follows the normal curve pattern.

again, gender, for example there very very few trannies and intersex and shit with two balls and two tits or maybe a cock and and a vag. almost everyone is far from the center with a well defined sex, opposite the other. there are distributions where most data is at the poles

What would the "x axis" represent on the bell curve you have proposed? I'm trying to understand your premise, but am having trouble figuring out how you plot the values.

The X Axis is a composite of positions on all issues. It is expected that 15-20% of people will be extreme left, and 15-20% of people will be extreme right, and this is indeed what we see on a national level. 60-70% of people reside more in the middle (between the 20% and 80%). This pattern is most prevalent on a National Level, and we also see it in large states like Texas and Florida, as well as many of the medium size states. Typically, the smaller the state, the more out of balance it will become. However, as I said, California and New York are outliers. They are large populations that skew heavily to the left. The excess votes in California alone 4.2 million votes accounted entirely for the popular vote going to Clinton. In fact, if you take away just CA, Trump wins the popular vote by 1.4 million votes.

I do not believe a middle exists.

Life is so easy we have expanded well past normal day-to-day threats and are now in extreme camps. Like you are either a socialist or not. There is no middle.

I agree with you on the point you are making .... being a Socialists is just 1 issue. There are very few true "socialists". But, otoh, you have a gradation ... socialist, supports most socialists ideas, supports some socialists ideas, supports few socialists ideas, complete rejection of all socialists ideas. The person who says they aren't a socialists, but then values Social Security or Medicare, or Public Funding of Education, is not exactly an "anti-socialists".

We have no choice because it comes out of tax.

If you told people Cuba or capitalism with no Medicare/SS etc. capitalism wins and there is no middle. SS is a sham.

There is no middle because the left removed it. You're either with them or your a right wing fascist, bigot, racist, misogynist, homophobe that believes in fairy tales (Jesus Christ)
