Time to Refinance the House

    I don't know if I'd want to get into flipping houses right now. People aren't buying much, and if they want to buy, I've heard that it's taking pretty much stellar credit to do so (many don't have that.)

    You might end up with more mortgages than you can handle (and interest piles up quickly on houses you want to flip.)

    Great advice. Unless you can go in cash heavy and buy properties now is not the time to be flipping. If you have the funds to invest in paid for real estate now is the best time to be buying houses to flip in a few years.

    Underpriced property can be a very tempting buy . . . but you have to have the capital to sit on it for years sometimes before you get the big payoff.

    This was the tentative plan. Would not a few houses, probably only 1 and that depends on $$ coming in at the time. I appreciate the advice though.

    and I don't. Hmm maybe time to rethink the plan.
