Will be on the Jim Rome show next hour 1 central. Find your station at and check it out. Usually does a good job when he is on.

In case you missed it, he said one of the biggest turning points for him was when they put him in jail. He said

"there were about 30 guys in there that were really disappointed in me because they watched me play at LSU, they said man you gotta do better than that, don't throw it away, don't end up like us"

He went on to say he took those words to heart and that they really stuck with him and he uses it for motivation to this day. Props to Tyrann, am I allowed to use tabasco or ketchup on that crow?

When he was drafted by Arizona, I knew he was going to be ok under Pat Pete's watch.

A couple of the coments from Rome after the interview was over:

"The kid gets it, I had my doubts but he has proven me wrong"

"Every time I interview him he is better than the last time and the last time was really good. I like this kid more every timeI talk to him"

Glad to see TM7 doing so well. I was very disappointed in him and it is good to see that kid take hold of his life. He has a bright, bright future.

Jordan Jefferson and Spencer Ware were a bad influence on him at LSU.

Let's hope PP7's influence continues for TM7. I only hope for the best for him. He's such an amazing talent. I'm happy for him.
