Well, I just figured out that the S.M. National Park won't have hot showers. Looks like were gonna do the Norris Dam State Park which is a short distance to the northwest of knoxville. We're driving up next Thursday. Hopefully there won't be many locals http://state.tn.us/environment/parks/NorrisDam/
How much of the band will be there. I know this is the student trip as well so will the band be in full force??
100 people. Most games are 100, except for the usual full band trip once per year (2003 Bama, 2004 Florida, 2005 Vandy, 2006 Auburn)...
Just got back from Knoxville. Went to Calhouns. The ribs are great. :thumb: I forgot what fall is suppose to look like. Knoxville reminded me. Pretty cool sitting on the river. Lots of boats on gameday. Walked around campus some, hit "the Strip"and found an open gate to Neyland Stadium and took a self tour. The stadium on one side has a lot of unused space underneath it. Looks a little odd though. If I only had a couple of purple and gold spray cans.....:hihi:
My wife and I will be there--not sure where our seats are just yet (friends' of ours are UT grads and they got the tix).
