LSU had a chance to make another statement today and didn't seize it, but this game will be forgotten in a few weeks.

I still think they need to get Keiland Willliams more involved, and I can't understand why Perrilloux wasn't allowed to throw a pass until late in the fourth quarter. Maybe Crowton is setting things up for later, but I'd like to see him get a chance to make some plays and get more experience, especially since Flynn wasn't sharp.

    Getting warmer...

I'd lay money on it that RP scores at least 1 touchdown on Florida and if it's close enough to the goal line, he'll do a jump-pass like Tebow did last year just to rub it in.. lol

    Fight fire with fire.

Good Grief. Who is this new poster that comes in here with doom and gloom $hit? Take a seat n00b. :dis:

This was a game vs a quality SEC team in BAD weather conditions. We stuffed the he11 out of them. The game wasnt NEAR AS CLOSE as the final score. Give it a rest.

From your keyboard to God's ears.

I was a bit disappointed in the last third of the game, but given the injuries, the fact it was a day game, and playing conditions, I wasn't surprised or overly upset. Plus, if we'd have blown USCe out, the media would have said they were "overrated" anyway.

It's amazing that this is arguably the best time to be an LSU tiger, yet, someone still has to be negative if it isn't a 40 point victory. Honestly.

    We won.

    I think.

It never fails. There are ALWAYS those the hate the way we win. As if 40+ point SEC victories are supposed to be the norm, rather than the exception. I'll never figure it out. :dis:

Dang, some coaches go from smart to dumb and back week after week. Plays don't work as drawn, the other team shows up.....

Some seem to think that scoring on every possession, if not every play and winning every game in a rout is the normal course of things.

I am still trying to find the precedent that these expectations are based on.

Well that's the problem with some LSU fans, they get spoiled by great play. Close games are the hallmark of the SEC. It's what makes our conference the toughest to play in.

LOL @ thinking we will play like this against Florida.....

This game wasn't this CLOSE... It was over at halftime...

Think about... that last TD, if we dont get the face mask injury...

the first drive USC scored on... penalties by LSU and a conversion on 3rd on long...
