Todd Monken leaving for NFL

    It is the same position, but since it is with the NFL I'm assuming it was for more money - although maybe not substantially.

    I don't think it convinced him to look elsewhere, except to say that he realized if he wants to move up the latter some NFL experience would help.

    Regardless if it's the same position for the same amount of money, it's still a considerable step up since it's the NFL.
