I think everyone unanimously agrees that Alleva sucks ass and that he did a poor job with the coaching search two years in a row. What is left to debate is what is this teams ceiling with coach O? What changes will be made to the staff and what will the team look like next year? The only thing that needs to be discussed concerning Alleva is when will his ass be fired and who his replacement will be?

If Eaux looks good next year I bet we hear crickets. I'm curious to see if Joe can nutt up and fire JJ and replace him with a real basketball coach. Also how the assistant hunt goes and recruiting.
