He can motivate his team for the big games but not for the teams he is suppose to beat (Navy, SMU, Memphis) Hell, a cadaver could motivate a team for Alabama but would Herman have had the team ready for R Kansas and aTm? Would Guice have run the right way if Boy Wonder Herman had been the coach? To interview a coach just to say you considered multiple candidates would just be a waste of time.
