He had 4 rushes for 12 yards, a 67 yard reception TD, and 137 return yards. It isn't as if he had a bunch of carries averaging 10 YPC.
That's the problem. Everyone knows what you plan on doing, you can get away with it for a year, that year ran out in 2007. Building an offense which is made up of specific plays for specific players is an epic disaster in the making. This is what got LSU to this stage, or more like a large portion of why LSU is at this stage. Eventually you have to have a QB that can drop back and pass, and you need a RB that can do a screen, a draw, a sweep, take a pitch, block, etc. GC tries to trick the other team but all he is doing is telegraphing the play.
