As best I can tell the women are still in it, but the men are predicted for second at best.

perhaps the main problem for the men is that the scoring opportunity for thompson (the 200) is the strength of Dix from FSU. so thompson may score but unlikely to beat Dix.

Watching the way Dix ran yesterday, I would say Thompson pulls it out.

    saltyone So Mote It Be

I've been watching on TV, they're showing the third replay from yesterday as I type this, and I have a question. There seems to be a lot of events that we are not competing in..how can that be? Are there some events we just don't worry about? FSU seems to have more people, in more events, which allows them to score more points.

    pjcantrelle Tiger from birth

FSU must have qualified more than we did.

The 1st 2 or 3 days is qualifying heats before the actual team points are scored in the finals. Big blow to the men's team was not qualifying for the 4x4 relay.

Crip*TEAM KATT As Wild As We Wanna Be

4th in the 800 gets us to within 1 point of FSU

    Thompson almost had it

PURPLE TIGER HOPE is not a strategy!

The ladies are tied with ASU and should be able to win the title.
