I'm sure he was kidding. We'd both had a few and there's no way I'd take him up on it anyway and he knows that, so it was done in a joking way.

Not sure if you're serious or not, but it's dubbed.

I was serious. It wasn't the best quality video. Nothing would surprise me these days.

I feel for the folks in its path. I think, next week, we will complete post Hurricane Florence repairs, and we were affected very minimally. Just told my wife, while watching the news, not sure I can get through another season. Too much stress,

I just saw where the Advocate said up to 25 inches in Baton Rouge Saturday. I hope they are wrong.

Lmao. They’re wrong. These fuckers are great for the economy. People coming out of grocery stores today with 3 & 4 cases of bottled water and shit. All of a sudden no one has enough food for a couple of days. Not that they’ll need it. We may get a few inches of rain in Central La. but not much in the way of power outages, etc.

When it’s the real deal, water alone, I keep a 55 gal plastic drum with a lid that is filled just to flush toilet. A couple five gallon buckets for dog and cat. Several two gallon containers and multiple empty milk gallon jugs filled with water to brush teeth, cook, etc.

I have never lost water in a hurricane. Lost power plenty of times but never water.

People are buying all the gasoline. I had to go to 3 places before I found a station that hadn't run out. One place had sold all their regular but had premium and diesel.
