they are saying this low pressure system in the gulf is what is causing all the rain in BR right now. They just said on WJBO that there is a possibility it may become a tropical depression and be dumping rain on us all weekend. How will this effect the regionals? Can we call the Superdome and have them get it ready for tomorrow night---I guess the NCAA would have to clear that though; it just doesnt sound like the rain is going to let up from what I have heard
