The letter was dated Oct 9 the same day the Turkish offensive started. The doesn’t make the letter effective at all. It took 8 days and a trip by Pence and Pompeo to beg at his feet before anything happened. You all will say anything and twist facts to fit your fantasies. That’s really sad.
