Trump won't have AMI to pay off his trysts and smear his opponents with false allegations in 2020 so he doesn't have that going for him next time around. What was denied before can't be denied anymore. It will be harder for him next election. Unless, the Dems throw out some Democratic Socialist or some Johnny come lately like Beto.
it matters to people. people who believed him the first time. He won't win any votes from it. I know he has lost (at least a few) so it does have an impact. I don't quantify it. I do believe he is not winning over people. People who didn't vote for him won't next time unless the Dems do something really stupid again.
Put it to you this way. If a Candidate like HRC runs again, Trump wins again. Of that socialist idiot runs, Trump wins and if they trot out Beto, Trump wins.
