With the season starting in less than 3 weeks he's not even the most pressing priority at the moment.
I am going to say no. He's in good academic standing, and if it was something illegal or something against NCAA rules, he wouldn't be going to any FBS or FCS school, so why all the talk about Nichols, McNeese, and LSU? I'll be honest with you, it's the same Bill King, but I don't think it's Rivals Radio anymore. I could be wrong...
Perilloux starred at Podunk U. but his bad reputation still cost him a draft pickand he's still playing on practice squads. The NFL doesn't like wasting money on guys with drug and/or attitude problems. Badger wants back at LSU because he needs to demonstrate some redemption.
Miles has a lot to lose if Badger is allowed back on the team and ends up being dismissed again. All those second and third chances didn't do a bit of good with Perilloux. LSU and Les have already taken the PR hit with his dismissal. I can't see Les going through all that again.
