well, BB, from here it looks like aliens did do it, I asked a local official if he could explain why,.. his reply, "I dunno, maybe cuz cows are delicious?" Harney County is a couple of counties east of me, it's essentially unpopulated, except for a few pockets of people in the best areas. Hooterville would be the county seat there, and Arnold ZIffel would be mayor
