You're right about the corn. WIU is in Macomb, Ill west of Peoria. There is alot of interest in the Leathernecks this year; #1 ranking and this is the 100th anniversary of Leatherneck football! But playing a very good LSU team is a bit overwhelming. Our coach has more wins over IA teams than any other active IAA coach, but that is against MAC teams. This is a BIG jump. You didn't think all these corn farming midwesterners would come on here and talk smack did you?

Beleive it or not a couple years ago I camped out for a music festival just outside of McComb in Bushnell. Good times. And again, I have never seen so much corn in my life.
