UN Response to Probe troubles Senators

    Do we really want to put our trust in the UN after all of this?
    I don't. :nope:

    Some Big changes have to happen in my view before we can trust them if ever such as Kofi Annan and son have to be the 1st to go.

    The UN was a joke before this scandal.

    This just proves it to all the naysayers.

    But lo and behold, that's where John Kerry was taking his stupid ass to try and resolve all the world's problems. What a dumb sh!t.

    The US quietly engineered the removal of Annans predecessor, Boutros Boutros Gali, because of his anti-western policies. But now Annan has become a problem, too. The US will no doubt be again quietly maneuvering a more moderate candidate into position to replace him before kicking the chair out from under him.

    Trouble is, America has much less influence over the UN than it did a decade ago. And it's very tough to find a leader who can command respect in both the Security Council and the General Assembly.
