    Alan Rickman (Die Hard, Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, Rasputin)

    If you ever get a chance, watch the movie Rasputin. Glorious performance by Rickman.

    Tom Hollander (british actor)

    Played King George III in the John Adams series (awesome scene when John Adams goes to England to address him)

    Also in Pirates of the Carribean/World's End as Lord Cutler Becket

    I think this guy is pretty damn good for a British actor.
