I'm kinda surprised that Niswanger wasn't signed by someone. I just figured that if nothing else, someone would have took a gamble on him because of his "smarts"... I'm also surprised that David Jones TURNED DOWN Washington...isn't he from Maryland?? That would be like a home-coming for him. I guess it came down to $$$....guess Cincy offered more?
I'm sure that's what it was. These free agents only get $10k to $30K in guaranteed money so just a couple thousand can make a big difference.

Prude is in a great situation... Baltimore rarely misses on defensive scouting, so they must see something great in him... I have always loved Chad Johnson, so i am glad he is becoming surrounded with LSU talent... does Marvin Lewis have SEC ties? b/c Pollack last year, 2-3 LSU guys this year, he seems to draft a lot out of the SEC pool
