Unglesby to ask Miles later today to consider lifting JJ's suspension

    Fox 8 released the video from inside the bar. This is the girl that filled a restraining order against Lowery. JJ also shown not interacting with him or the girl and just hugging a girl he knew before leaving.

    Not sure what this proves. A video showing Lowery arguing with a girl in a bar has nothing to do with whether JJ kick him in the head while he was on the ground. Issue is not if Lowery was a good guy.

    If he's convicted of a felony, he can be dismissed from the unioversity.

    It shows that JJ wasn't engaged with the douche while he was hassling the girl. It looked like JJ had his own thing going on.

    But didn't the whole fight allegedly start out in the parking lot when some guy was blowing his horn? Was their supposedly some earlier incident between Jefferson and Lowery earlier in the bar that I missed?

    According the the bar employees the fight started before the truck pulled up to the crowd. If you only go by the police report which was written from statement from Lowery and Long which is the girl that said she didn't know him.. If you believe what's in the police report then that video has no bearings on the case.

    it also shows that JJ had on a white shirt. Am I wrong or wasn't the person doing the kicking dressed in all black in the fight video? And wasn't it said that was JJ because he was "in" all black? To me that alone can prove it aint him

    That is one of the main things I noticed. Unless JJ went into his car removed the shades, slapped on a black hoodie, grew a few inches taller, and added some weight, etc...:rofl:

    However, I know that is not the strongest proof. But it does show that Lowery's story of not being in the bar, not being confrontational and just helping an innocent unknown party, etc... Is whack... More and more details and people are coming forward saying things that contradict the alleged victims' stories.

    Some people are being questioned from inside the bar that allegedly have said that Lowery was fighting with someone before he went after the girl.

    The BRPD spit out all one-sided info and JJ's attorney is firing back.
