The Saints keep shooting themselves in the foot on 3rd down with these low-percentage plays.

Reggie Bush is no longer playing against the weak-ass PAC-10 teams. He needs to follow his blocks, look for the first down markers, and catch the ball before running. He looks like a rookie tonight. Addai looks MUCH better!

10-10. I knew it would be close.

I'm really disappointed that the Saints did not even try to get within fieldgoal range before the half ended. So far it's been a defensive effort - as expected.

    Unbiased opinion:

Saints look really good. Execution needs to be better, but overall play calling and effort on the road in this environment is impressive. That offense is going to be incredible. The imagination in the play calling is great too.

It's the big plays that are hurting the Saints.

Mike McKenzie ranks right up there with the CB from Atlanta for the two most overpaid DBs in the NFL.

Thankfully Harper is back. He'll be good with a little experience.

Time for Reggie to make a big play.

I've got a feeling this game is about to get ugly. Our defense is not good enough to stay on the field so much. The offense needs to get moving.
