I have seen several posters mention that we are missing Peterman and Reed from the O-Line this year. I agree with this statement, but one key player is not being mentioned. Our TE, Eric Edwards was the 6th member of our O-Line last year, and he did a very nice job as a blocker on the end of line. Have you noticed how we are having less success running to the outside than we did last year? Justin Vincent had 1000 yards in 2003, largely by bouncing runs to the outside. Eric Edwards had a lot to do with that. The bottom line is that, despite his TD last night, David Jones is not the physical blocker on the O-Line that Edwards was.
