I'd say the chances of that are slim to none. The NCAA is a shell of its former self. They'd be more effective if they'd hire a bunch of wives angry that their husbands don't do more chores on weekends.

(AP) -- Search warrants in the sexual assault investigation of Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston indicate the woman told police she was raped at an apartment after a night of drinking at a bar. The search warrants were released Thursday, hours before a prosecutor was set to announce whether the Heisman Trophy contender will be charged in the case. In the warrant, the alleged victim says she and friends had shots at Potbellys and her "memory is very broken from that point forward." She says she remembers being in a cab with a man and going into an apartment before she was raped. After that, she remembers the suspect dressing her, putting her on a scooter and dropping her off at an intersection, but she had no idea where the alleged rape occurred.
As a woman, I would like to know when ladies are going to realize that they bear some responsibility when they get drunk and have sex. I've already discussed this with my 7th grader.
I watched the presser with the State Attorney or whatever his title is. Basically here's what I gathered: -DNA of 2 individuals was found: Winston's DNA was in her panties and her boyfriend's DNA was on her shorts -sex with the boyfriend took place before the event -the boyfriend did not want to talk to investigators, but they talked to him and obtained his DNA and was able to match it -there were several individuals in the room when the event occurred -toxicology reports showed low levels of alcohol and no drugs (never heard them specify how long after the incident the toxicology was done) -no sign of physical trauma or struggle -basically a 'he said, she said' -barring any unforseen new evidence or witnesses, this case is pretty much closed
