well thats kinda hard to charge somebody when the "victim" has a couple of semen samples from the same night and wont identify the other owner of said semen. ijs

My point might have been strangely misplaced in this thread. Admittedly, I don't know all the details of the case. I hope the outcome is correct, as I wish Winston no ill will. However, it just seems to me that big time athletes get away with a lot of law breaking. Bring prone to cynicism as I am, I said when I first heard about the allegations, there is no way he will get convicted of this. This is what I say virtually every time, and virtually every time I am correct. It's almost a too big to fail argument. I know there are probably some examples to the contrary. Don't you sometimes feel like the law does not apply the same to some athletes, actors, actresses, politicians, etc? BTW, this is coming from someone, if not self evident, who also loves sports...primarily college level (Saints in the pro ranks).
