Alabama is a BCS bowl lock in my opinion regardless how the rest shakes out, including Mizzou beating Auburn.
If keeping Bama out of the 'ship requires us playing in a crap bowl- then I'm buying my "weed eater" fridge magnet now!

Yikes. Although it would be payback time against Iowa. And we would stand a better chance at beating that team vs Baylor. Would be a good game to see how Jennings will perform.
I would love an LSU-UT matchup. That would mean we could have beaten TCU, A&M, and UT in the same season. As a Tiger fan in Texas, nothing would be greater than that...plus the Saints beat down of the Cowboys. Baylor would be good too but no one really hates them except other Texas schools
I believe you've hit a few and missed on a few here. Sugar will be Auburn or Mizzou (assuming OSU and FSU win this weekend.) There have been a lot of discussions between the administration at UofSC and the Cotton Bowl officials. If that comes to fruition like they want (avoiding a repeat bowl game in Florida) LSU heads to the Outback. You've forgotten Miss. State which is headed to Birmingham for the BBVA Compass. Bama is headed to the Orange unless some weird things happen this weekend.
All it takes is one behind the scenes agreement to throw chaos into the bowl picture, that is why I pay no attention to the scenario's. We've all seen it many times with the cotton screwing LSU twice now.
