Mark Sanchez will give Booty a run for his money. He led Mission Viejo high school out here to a perfect record as a senior last year. Without Leinart and Bush they go 9-2 in a weak PAC 10 conference.
These comments coming from you must mean i am right on. You havnt been right about anything since you admitted to your third grade teacher that you belonged in special education. It hasnt gotten much better for you since then has it Ramah. Those Doctors were correct to give you shock therapy. Too bad it didnt work.
I wouldn't get my hopes up yet. When Miami, Nebraska under Osborne, and Oklahoma under Switzer were at the top, losing players annually to the NFL never seemed to affect them much. SC has had outstanding recruiting classes the last few years. If Booty or Sanchez can make plays they will still be the class of the West.
calco dude you need to quit posting today cause your making some stupid post. ramah is right. some of ya'll need to get over the usc thing and grow up. they are good and will continue to be good. JDB is good and will start next year and will do a fine job. they have recruited well. If lendell white stays they will be fine because they can just hand it to him for a while. he is a damn good back. Sanchez is good but not better then JDB at this moment. we shall see though. truthfully some of ya'll need to quit posting because you have no clue what the hell your talking about. USC's recruiting has been great and they didnt recruit players that didn't qualify like OU did. USC will be good next year and will continue to be so long as Carrol is there.
if he does he will be prolly selected 3rd behind bush and williams. He would prolly still be a top 10 pick though.
I watched the replay of the Fresno St game last night. Carroll can't be happy with the way his defense has played this year. Their O bailed them out as they have numerous times this year. With all of the talent they are losing on the offensive side of the ball there D is going to have to significantly improve for them to stay competitive at the level they have.
Not only has USC's recruiting been OUTSTANDING, but Pete Carroll is known to play freshmen more than any other coach. He also develops his players well & quickly. Remember: USC lost a heisman QB (Palmer) and one of the best WRs in college football, & replaced them with some no names. Leinhart led them to a share of the national championship his first year as the starter, whom went on to win the real national championship the next year & win a heisman, then come back for his senior year & has actually performed BETTER than before. Now on the other side of things, Reggie Bush has personally won several games for them over the past few seasons, combine that with losing their other skill position guys & you are looking at a young team without the spirit to come back & win as many games as these guys have. So yes, USC will probably lose 1 or 2, maybe even 3 games next year. But they will still be a top 15 team & are FAR from dropping off the map.
