Hopefully we can play USC at some point this decade also... Its a shame two of the most dominant teams since 2001 have not had a chance to meet each other on the field of battle.
What GZ said. The NCAA is a volunteer, non-profit private organization. They have no legal authority in any way. They would have to take USC to court to do anything of that nature.
 Nothing against you, but BCS? I'd say they're a for-profit private organization. For crying out loud, the NCAA makes above 100 million off of the bball tourney annually. I know, but they're categorized as a non-profit.
If it is a cell phone he used then sure he does. I can look up all the numbers dialed/received on my cell phone at any given time.
poppycock ...... you'd be naive to think that the folks that are cheating would use a phone that is in their own name. It's not only easy to avoid traceable phone records, it's convenient. Disposable cell phones, untraceable calling cards, fake caller id numbers, using third-party conference calls ....... there are many, many ways to avoid leaving conclusive fingerprints, and I'm certain that most seasoned recruiters are familiar with all of them. and contrary to what is stated here, it's not that easy to subpeona phone records. What southern kalifornia judge is going to issue a subpeona to nail one of their own ? :hihi:
Caddy is right- all I need is some cash to walk into the local gas station and buy a pre-paid phone for nothing. If I want to refresh minutes, instead $20 gives me a whole new phone number. Nothing hard at all. However, cell phone companies do keep accurate records of who calls whom- just think about the bill you get every month that breaks down your calls by each one and duration. My parents got on me for talking too much to a girl on my first cell phone, and had all the evidence they needed despite my refuting their accusation. If one really wanted, I'm sure that phone companies could look at the individual recruits' records and break down any unknown or sporadic numbers.
