Another false analogy. Police using excess force is one issue. Intentionallky executing a person who had an accident is something else entirely. When has a policeman intentionally executed a person who caused an accident for purposes of retribution?

Is it possible you don't know the difference between an accident and an execution?

Uh, yes the policemen in BOTH cases intentionally killed the boys.

Not sure of your angle. It just so happens a cop with a gun is right by the law.

    1. Excessive force, an error of judgement.
    2. Vigilante execution, an intentional murder.

You cannot prove neither so moot point. One side is dead and cannot defend their situation.

Thats the thing. People who drink and drive are INTENTIONALLY putting people in harms way. No way around it.

It was not deliberate murder, it was negligent homicide. Both deserve a trial and punishment. Neither justifies a vigilante execution.
