I found year old articles that said Wade was being looked at by the NCAA,.. but nothing recent,.. except the NCAA did sit in on the Wade/Alleva meeting. The NCAA moves slowly, I think any formal allegations would be quite a while away,.. it took years to bring the Duck's trouble from allegations to judgement @tirk, anybody, halp, I've wandered out of my lane, am I full of shit about any of this?
My understanding is GDF is correct. He was never under investigation by the FBI. The NCAA, I’m not sure.
They’ve looked into him before but didnt find evidence of wrong-doing. I’m sure they’ll keep it up. I think our new AD should be able to show em how cows eat cabbage.

The FBI does not enforce NCAA recruitin regulations. If they were there it would have been for the sorts of legal matters this whole thing involves.
Woodward and Emmert's kids are married from what I heard. We all know of their tight relationship from LSU/Washington. If anyone will get a heads up on what the NCAA plans to do before they do it you would think it'd be LSU.
